I appreciate how easy it is to electronically bill using CounSol eliminating the need for external sources. It also supports a hybrid online and in-office practice making it convenient to manage both work environments.

It would be ideal to have accounts set up specifically for my teenage clients allowing them to book appointments access homework and sign in without their parents having access.

Once everything is set up CounSol feels intuitive to use. The customer service is excellent and readily available for assistance.

The integrated scheduling options and telehealth video platform leave room for improvement. I have used other products for these purposes. While not terrible it would be convenient to have everything in one place.

CounSol has greatly facilitated my job as a solo practitioner providing the benefits of having a secretary without actually having one. It has given me back my free time to truly enjoy my days off. The ability for clients to schedule appointments themselves and seamlessly integrate my ERA and Square One accounts is truly amazing. With just a few clicks all my payments are registered making the process fantastic. Additionally the client portal allows clients to enter their own information simplifying the setup of new clients.

Cons

There is nothing to complain about except that I wish I had started using this program from the beginning instead of having to transfer all my clients two years into my practice.

I love everything in this program. It has all from electronic intake forms to client portal to secure messaging. It gives the opportunity to clients for self-scheduling and it also reminds for appointments through email or texts.

It requires a lot of clicks to get something done. I dont prefer the mobile view and they dont have an app that I dont like.

This tool has been a great help to my small therapy business. With software, I’ve been able to stay organized. The customer support team is great, and I am grateful to my go-to guy representative. He has always helped me by providing me with on-demand assistance.

I can’t view all the appointments at the same time in the calendar view, but it is broken into categories of an hour/45 minutes.

While I don't utilize all of CounSol's services I can vouch for the exceptional quality of the ones I do use. The calendar feature is perfect for my clients and the encrypted email ensures utmost privacy. The diagnostic and notes sections are fantastic and there is ample information available for those unfamiliar with similar tools.

It may be pricey but the value it provides makes it worthwhile. I used a different software before but I returned to CounSol because it's truly the best for me.

I absolutely love the convenient scheduling calendar integration client reminders electronic forms organization and accounting and billing features. Documentation is a breeze and the user-friendly nature of the software is impressive. The customer service is unparalleled with my service representative being incredibly helpful and available at all times.

The process of creating electronic intake forms was tedious and time-consuming. However my customer service representative assisted me in transferring my existing paper forms into the electronic format. I couldn't have done it without their help!

The software's design feels a bit outdated. I also wish I had the ability to create my own forms and customize the formatting to suit my preferences and exclude irrelevant elements for my practice and clients.

The incredible flexibility to customize the software to my specific needs is exceptional. Having access to a real person for support is invaluable. The functionality of the software allows me to manage my clients supervisees and practice management coaching clients through one system saving me a significant amount of money.

After evaluating numerous products I found CounSol to be the best in terms of features consolidating essential information in one place and providing exceptional customer support. Unlike other companies CounSol is easily accessible to both our patients and staff whenever we need guidance.

I would prefer to have documents signed with an actual signature rather than typed. Additionally having a mobile app for both staff and clients to access information on their phones or iPads would be beneficial.
