Pros

The scheduling feature is highly user friendly and easy to comprehend. The financial reports are incredibly helpful.

Cons

It would be very helpful to have the ability to total each providers columns for daily totals. Currently we have to manually calculate the totals the day before for the next mornings review. Additionally, there is no way to run a report for all inventory items.

I love how easily I can understand and navigate the software. The fact that it is cloud based and accessible from anywhere is another major advantage. I also like being able to monitor student logins, track their time spent in each section and control their access to specific areas.

Cons

The most difficult part of using this software is starting from scratch and entering all the information once the training is over.

The ease of using this software is remarkable and training new employees is also really simple. The Curve community library is an amazing resource that answers all our questions.

Its easy, simple and the customer support is always responsive. It is affordable and offers many features. I also like the ability to text patients through the GRO application.

Cons

The reports are not intuitive making them difficult to create. Group messaging and email capabilities exist but are not practical. Billing and invoicing processes are complex.

There are too many unnecessary clicks and the software doesn't adequately consider the suggestions provided by the doctors for improvement.

I miss having a lab tracker and hot buttons for the hygiene department.

It is very easy to use and with constant updates and the ability to access it from anywhere. Its fast and efficient.

Cons

The non availability of a phone app makes it a bit hard to use on mobile devices. I can't copy and paste notes which is very frustrating. Technical support keeps providing workarounds instead of solutions. The invoice system is confusing and it doesn't integrate well with out of network offices. The integration with Weave is poor.

This software is easy to learn and user friendly. Both my staff and I quickly adapted to using it.

We would like better communication during outages. When the server was down we had limited information and no idea when to expect it to function again.

I cannot see the date when a treatment plan was entered and the software doesn't sync well with many other dental related software solutions. The Easy Fill option is not yet available.

It would greatly benefit Curve to have an integrated in office communication module. Currently our office has to rely on a third party solution like Slack which is not efficient.

Learning this software was the easiest. All credits goes to its user friendly design, and the support provided is excellent.

Upgrades seem to happen overnight without much communication with dental offices. It would be better to receive advance notice to gather staff input and ideas before these changes occur. This way the staff would feel empowered by the programs growth and the opportunity to contribute.

Most of the modules are intuitive and easy to navigate. The business management features are robust and the practice analytics provide helpful insights.

Cons

The clinical management modules are lacking. The medical history, medication usage and patient demographics modules need significant improvement. Many features that dental specialists would find valuable are missing.

We required a web based PMS due to multiple locations and Curve has proven to be reliable without any downtime.

Managing accounts is a bit difficult and customizing reports to consider patients insurance status in relation to outstanding claims is not straightforward.

Managing tasks is easy and the graphics are easy to understand. There are plenty of shortcuts available.

The price is very high for a small business but it offers all the necessary features.

The billing system is invoice based rather than ledger based but it is relatively easy to learn. However training new staff members for it can be a bit hard.
