Pros
The system is simple to pick up and use and the tutorial videos are genuinely helpful. On top of that, customer service responds quickly and actually resolves issues effectively.
Cons
A few of the updates added to the program haven't worked well for our office and it's frustrating that we can't modify those changes or return to the previous setup we were using.

Getting into the system is really convenient and being able to search for a patient by phone number is a huge plus. It gives me several quick ways to pull up patient charts without any hassle.
Cons
Honestly I've been happy with everything. The customer support team is very responsive, gets back to us fast and helps resolve issues in a timely way.

“Painfully slow and useless
Pros
Honestly there's nothing here to appreciate. Every other day the system freezes up and just opening a profile can take 10 minutes. Billing is just as slow and frustrating.
Cons
There really isn't anything positive to say. The company should spend more time fixing the technical side instead of pushing marketing. The software feels completely useless and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
