Works well depending on what you need it for
Pros
I love how the layout includes absolutely everything I might need to ask a patient in a straightforward template, organized neatly across different tabs for vitals, ESS, and more.
Cons
I wish it integrated better with our dental software since my primary use of this software is for medical billing. It would be much more helpful if the clinical information could be transferred directly into our dental software, considering our patients see us for both dental and sleep appliances.

Not what I thought it was.
Not what I thought it was.
Pros
I haven't found much about the software that I like. I asked the team to delve into it, but it feels very outdated. Sorry, no pros from me.
Cons
It's on a disk. It's cumbersome. It's outdated. My team has called several times for training, but their customer support just tells us to read the manual. Seriously?
