Pros
One feature I use all the time is the blue I button and it's been really helpful. Getting to the clinical notes is really easy and making changes to them is simple and convenient.
Cons
Getting to the reports takes way too many clicks and printing them feels painfully slow. The e-prescribe prescription feature also doesn't work at all.

Pros
The flexibility is a big plus. It's really helpful to move back and forth between the treatment plan, chart and ledger without any hassle and being able to compare perio summaries from the previous visit with the current evaluation is especially useful.
Cons
The missing piece is voice-activated perio charting. It would also be much better to have voice activation available across every part of the charting process.

Getting started with it is very easy. The online resources are really helpful and the chat experience has been a big plus as well. Once you learn the different tricks, the icons are pretty neat and make the platform even better to use.
Cons
I'd still like to see more adjustment codes available. It's also not very simple to remove older codes when they become repetitive so that part could definitely be improved.

Moving between tabs is quick and since it works like a Windows-based application, it's simple to show others how to use it. I also appreciate that the ledger is tied to each individual instead of combining everything into family balances.
Cons
A lot of tasks have to be repeated in too many different sections. The same information should carry over automatically into every area where it applies instead of having to enter it again.

Getting started with it was simple and the platform keeps improving with frequent updates. The icon set is a nice touch, it's HIPAA compliant and it's really cool that it connects so well with other programs.
Cons
Automatically adding a provider to the ledger for the doctor exam would be a useful improvement. I also wish the treatment planner were more user-friendly.

Usually several ways are suggested to get the task done in this tool which I really appreciate. I'm still coming across features I didn't even realize were there so it feels like there's always something new to learn and use.
Cons
Requiring everyone to log out before running finance charges is an inconvenient limitation. The same thing happens with updates which can be pretty inconvenient for the whole team.

There's always a rep available when help is needed and the system is very user-friendly. I've had no real issues with it, it works really well and getting around the platform is very simple.
Cons
Updates can be a bit slow at times. The doctor also doesn't always close under the correct provider and I don't like that a patient can't be archived unless the ledger balance is zero.

Running it in the cloud has been a big plus. Since we have two locations, being able to see both offices from one place makes everything more efficient.
Cons
Ledger is really complicated. Handling suspended credit and allocating money feels much harder than it is on this product.

There are a lot of different features and options available within the system which gives you plenty of ways to use it. It also offers a lot of training opportunities which is really helpful.
Cons
Some of the training sessions felt only partially explained though. A few of the speakers also didn't always seem fully knowledgeable about the topics they were covering.

Everything ties together really well across the modules so moving from the ledger to the chart only takes a quick click. That connection makes day-to-day work much more convenient.
Cons
Training can be a bit challenging at times because there are so many different ways to use the system. The back office handles it one way, while the front office uses it differently which can make consistency harder.

There are several different ways to handle the same task which gives us a lot of flexibility. The e-claims feature has been especially helpful because we get paid much faster than when everything was sent through regular mail.
Cons
One thing I do not care for is having to come in early or stay late to finish updates and complete the end-of-month closeout.

Pros
The text-based patient confirmations have been really helpful and work out very well. Whenever I call, the staff is always very nice and pleasant to deal with.
Cons
Frustrating part is that when an update has to be done, everyone has to log out of the computers. That makes things difficult when we have patients in the operatory.
