Pros
This software covers a wide range of what a dental practice needs on a day-to-day basis so it feels very complete and well aligned with the reality of running the office.
Cons
We can't really customize it to fit our own specific requirements. We have to wait for future upgrades and just hope that one of our suggestions gets picked and included.

Pros
A very user-friendly product that covers nearly everything a practice would need to keep things organized and perform at a high level. Out of all the software I've worked with, this is easily one of the best designed programs I've had the chance to use.
Cons
Ledger layout could be improved. It can be pretty hard for patients to follow and understand.

It takes a lot of the struggle out of my day especially when it comes to scheduling, claims, reports and similar tasks.

Scheduling and tracking have been useful features overall.
Cons
Scheduling and tracking are helpful but the insurance setup feels too limited. The system only allows two dental insurance coverages and you also can't list the subscriber unless you add them into the family file. Even older software like Windent handled this better, with the option to enter up to four insurance coverages. We really need stronger plan entry capabilities especially for cases where plans share the same group number but have different benefit packages. More pre-block options in the appointment book and scheduling templates would also help because having to create an event every time is frustrating.

There are several ways to handle different tasks which I really enjoy. I also appreciate that the software is constantly being updated and improved.
Cons
Not much stands out as a dislike. One thing I'd love to see is better connectivity between offices especially since we're such a large practice.

This tool helps our practice run very efficiently. It lets the whole team see what we need quickly and at a glance which means we can spend more quality time focusing on each patient.
Cons
Sometimes the software updates come with glitches. Version 7.2, for example, created some major problems with our questionnaires module and that has been pretty frustrating.

Day schedule works really well and the images, patient chart and family file features have been very useful for our office.
Cons
Treatment planning could be better especially since you can't insert an extra tooth in the middle of a treatment plan without having to renumber everything. Custom reports are also hard to work with and not very user-friendly. On top of that, whenever service or updates are needed, everyone has to be completely out of the software and tech support hours don't line up well with our office hours.

It's design gives us multiple ways to get to the same information which makes navigation very practical. Its multi-functionality is also a big plus since it lets us analyze and assess both specific individual areas and the practice as a whole.
