Having used only this one for my dental practice work, I honestly wouldn't want to switch to anything else. I love the software and it's been such a great fit for me.
Cons
I'd still like to see the option for more than one employee to be clocked out at the same time.

Pros
Platform is very user friendly. It's also nice having multiple ways to get our things done whether that's clicking links or using shortcut buttons.
Cons
Having the ability to use the F2 search button in the appointment book is something I still want in this software.

Using it has been very basic and it does a really good job of organizing everything and keeping track of all the activity happening in our practice.

It handles just about anything you want it to do. The yearly annual meeting in Vegas is also a blast every time.
Cons
