I realize PBS Endo is a very small market of users, but it would be awesome to be able to text through Doctible right from our dental platform. While we manage toggling between the two platforms adequately, it would be beneficial if Doctible offered direct texting integration with our dental platform, streamlining communication processes for our practice.

Cost - only in office 3 days a week. If we were here more, then I feel the cost would be competitive. The cost-effectiveness of Doctible may vary based on our office's schedule and frequency of use. While it currently meets our needs considering our limited office hours, its competitiveness in terms of cost may change with increased usage.

At one point, we were utilizing Doctible online forms. Initially, it was easy to use and made the intake process more efficient. However, there was an issue with the developer, preventing us from accessing the completed patient forms. This led to inefficiencies and duplicate work, ultimately impacting our practice's workflow. While Doctible attempted to address the issue, the resolution process was prolonged, and the alternative forms provided were not as suitable for our office needs. Additionally, we were not adequately compensated for the service disruptions and were informed that we were still obligated to pay for the service despite the issues encountered, which was disappointing and did not align with our expectations of service provision.
