The calendar feature is great and helps employees be more involved. It is an interactive tool. I chose DrChrono EHR mainly for its scheduling features and the cost of it makes it more affordable.

Patients had an issue in not recognizing appointment reminders that they were going through the system.

To be frank I have stuck with this service for over three years and it has disappointed me.

In my experience its like there is no customer loyalty or service. As I cannot reach anyone and my messages often go unread or aren't handled properly.

Lately I have had frequent downtimes and outages that stop me from sending prescriptions, reading notes, viewing my schedule, booking patients and more.

What I like is how user-friendly it is and that I can view everyone on my team's schedule.

At first I found it confusing to use because there are so many different tabs.

Pros

DrChrono EHR is the simplest EHR Ive ever used. I worked in medical emergencies, surgery, business, beauty, and primary care. This EHR is by far the easiest to use and customize.

Cons

Unable to specify the time in which non-provider employees will access the EHR. It would be great to set times for ancillary staff to use the EHR. You can download the app to your mobile device. Unable to configure security settings that would prohibit workers from accessing EHR from their mobile devices, personal information is at risk to clinicians.

I can easily reach my patients as a provider and the built-in video chat makes it especially easy to connect with them.

One limitation I have run into is that I cannot permanently delete a client from the system at best I can only mark them as inactive.

The product provides an organization template for EHRs which is quite amazing along with the innovative features it brings to the table, remarkable stuff.

This software is for doctors and isn’t very user-friendly for someone who is not a doctor and only wants access to the patient record.

It is an all-in-one EHR system. It is easy and comprehensive. It helps me work efficiently in my solo practice. The cash flow and AR have improved.

Just a few complaints here and there, nothing much that can hinder workflow productivity.

The software is incredibly buggy and slow. Finding appropriate codes for charts takes double the time and billing is a nightmare. I had to give up using it after facing multiple issues.

DrChrono software helps us save time by streamlining all our operations from a single location. There’s nothing that we don’t like about the vendor. Customer care team is efficient, and we know there is little to no wait to resolve queries.

Initially we were sold on DrChronos capabilities for our mobile medical business but it failed to deliver. After multiple issues they demanded full payment for a service we couldnt use.

Cons

Its costly especially since many functions dont work well in the field. The lack of support and disclosure of crucial details made the experience worse.
