I have worked with a few EHR software in my day, but hands down, DrChrono has provided me with the best experience overall. The ease of use, support, and powerful features have helped me streamline my clinical, organizational, and financial operations and tasks. Customer support is also efficient and just an email away to get your queries sorted out.
Cons
I am pretty satisfied with the performance of DrChrono. So no complaints so far.

DrChrono EHR is a highly user-friendly software that requires little to no training, thus saving us time. The demo helped overcome any potential difficulty. We are pretty satisfied with the software capabilities, and how it streamlines our day-to-day operations without disturbing the flow.

In 2012 it was excellent with stellar customer service and value for money.
Cons
As the company expanded customer service deteriorated especially with the iPad version being unreliable.

We find it simple to operate. Also it is highly adaptable. Our team and our patients really enjoy the EMR and the check-in workflow.
Cons
I feel like some providers are not comfortable using iPads or Apple-specific hardware that the EMR works best with yet I genuinely love it!

Getting started was smooth for me as onboarding was simple, the interface feels user-friendly and I like that there is an open API.

I am a big fan of the custom templates as they work very well and feel fully integrated with iOS. The appointment reminders are excellent too. There are so many features packed in that I probably won't use half of them and the reporting tools are top-notch too.
Cons
well I get frustrated by how few pronoun options the system allows and I cannot use Mr. or Mrs. followed by a last name. Also the platform is pricey. The check-in app is not good too. I feel like it would be better if patients could simply sign in without re-entering their entire profile. Faxing costs are high at five cents per page and adding an additional provider costs the same as the initial one.

For my practice DrChrono gives the kind of flexibility our medical team needs to deliver organized, secure patient care. It also adapts well when I am managing multiple doctors and locations.
Cons
I find it somewhat cluttered and not always user friendly because several features feel awkward to use in day to day workflows. For example when I schedule staff breaks they show up as appointments and that same appointment data is sent via the API which has caused me a fair amount of confusion in certain situations.

The Gyn chart is usable but has limitations especially with data transfer.
