“everything is great and simple”
Pros
Honestly everything about the interface is great and it is simple to use. I can get into the patient hub quickly without running into any problems.
Cons
From my experience there are no real negatives as I find it very user-friendly and reckon almost anyone could pick it up without much trouble.

“Not a good Software!”
Pros
None.
Cons
There is nothing good about this software. Customer support seems as if they don’t even exist. Their response to any problem is always that we should pay them more and get a better feature or so. To get somewhere or to get anything done, I literally kind of have to click a thousand times and reload the page around two-thousand times. It is not robust. Templates are impossible to customize. The list goes on, but I’ll stop here.

“User for 13 years and more.”
Pros
It takes time, but once you get used to the system it is nice and easy. I’ve been using it for 13 years now and I’ve seen this software develop nicely over the years. Everything is quite organized, and there aren’t many problems that I face with it. It is an asset for the healthcare organization. The billing configurations saves a lot of time. It is neat and easy to follow.
Cons
There are a few features that this software has that might require more clicks than usual to complete a task.

“The good and the bad”
Pros
It is easy to use. I had never used a software before in the medical field, but it was quite simple and easy that before my 90-day orientation was up, I had learned it completely.
Cons
For a busy medical clinic, there is something which is not at all acceptable, and that is the system crashing. Suddenly out of nowhere the system decides to crash, and that is so frustrating.

“excessive clicks and wiped updates”
Pros
The interface is quite easy to navigate and I appreciate that it offers numerous headings to use when writing HPIs.
Cons
Charting requires an excessive number of clicks for virtually every action which I find slows my workflow and becomes tedious over time. Another frustrating problem I have experienced is that when multiple users are working in the same chart section at once, only one person's updates remain while everyone else's progress gets wiped out.

“easy to use with brief training”
Pros
I really loved how easy it is use overall. The training I went through for eClinical was brief and focused which made learning it quick. Another feature I loved was having the ability to look back at a patient's records whenever I needed especially useful when some previous details didn't carry over into the new system.
Cons
I ran into several frustrating issues with eClinicalWorks, the biggest being that the software would crash frequently. There were times when data entry would get interrupted between patients and the entire application would suddenly close. I also noticed it takes a very long time to start up which slows down my workflow and adds to the daily hassle.

“Ease of use”
Pros
The system is pretty much easy to use. They offer training videos to learn the system, which is easy as well. Navigation through the system is quite easy to do, especially for someone who is a new person or has never worked on a system like this before.
Cons
This system needs to be updates every week, and updating takes time, and having it done every week gets a bit annoying.
