Cons
In my experience the typography and layout can be tricky to navigate and there aren't any help or guidance buttons so I think a new user could struggle to pick it up confidently on their very first day.

It is easy to use once you learn it. Template making, lab reviewing, message addressing and making phone calls is very easy as well. You can easily manage everything with this system, everything works smoothly, and you can easily complete tasks.
Cons
Probably it might be an issue my company made while setting it up, or it might be the products con, not sure about it but the assessment portion is missing key components.

The best part of this product is that I can easily give online medical consultation to anyone in any part of the world, with a backup and protection of the data. I can easily communicate with my patients, maintaining their privacy. It is a great product and has a higher impact.
Cons
The only con that it might have for some people is that if they don’t have a very strong and fast internet connection they might have troubles during the consultation process as it requires internet throughout the process.

I like the system completely. It is a wonderful system and I really like it. They provide training videos to you, so you can learn how to use the system. The system itself is pretty much easy to use. The charting features provided are so simple and easy.
Cons
I really don’t like that fact that you have to ask for help and set an appointment with the customer support team just to get your problem fixed, you have to take out proper time from your busy schedule just to get things fixed.

The software runs really well and is easy to use. The interface feels more modern than many alternatives. Also itis simple to handle different parts of a patient's medical record and to jump between sections of information. I can also message colleagues with ease. Overall a great product.
Cons
Honestly the support staff have been absolutely awful and it feels like their help is outsourced. For what the product delivers, I think it's pricey. I do love the software itself but the company appears mismanaged and comes across as indifferent to the customers they've sold to.

Pros
As per me the program is fairly easy to use and everything is clearly labeled. The color palette is pleasant and attractive, easy on the eyes. I also like that each medical practice is able to add its own templates.
Cons
I really dislike that it crashes so often. Maybe it's due to our office needing an update but overall the software runs slowly for our urgent care setup. I wish the system were quicker and that we could customize the workflow order more effectively to suit our needs.

They provide you with amazing and simple training videos to learn from, which makes things a lot easier for you. It is super easy to learn and use the system. I didn’t use it much, but approximately 9 months I’d say and yes, I mastered it by that time. It is a fantastic system.
Cons
Not many, but one issue that I would like to inform is that you can only work on one account at a time, which could be something you do not want if you have more than one accounts and providers and want to use it at the same time. It takes up a lot of waiting time.

From my experience the system is extremely feature-rich, although it can feel cluttered or overwhelming for some users. it's excellent for front desk or front office teams and while support has recently been revamped, I still find it needs improvement.
Cons
I have found support is often staffed by overseas agents who don't always understand my language or the specifics of what I am asking which can make resolving issues frustrating.

Pros
There are quite some good points about this system, but I would be mentioning a few major things that I liked about this system. The billing functionalities of this system is great. The scheduling is pretty good too and it has mostly all the basic functions that are needed by any practice. I also like the color coding thing that the provider adds, which is very useful in differentiating.
Cons
First of all, the system requires a lot of clicking. You need to click too many times just to get what you want or where you want to be. Second and the last thing is that the system crashes a lot and the amount of crashing doesn’t seem acceptable to me.
