“Quick to navigate features
Pros
Once I'm trained on a topic, it feels easy to use and I quickly get comfortable navigating its features.
Cons
I don't have access to any individual or on-site training and while the help line staff are consistently friendly and supportive, I still need one-on-one coaching to make the most of the system because a single twenty-minute phone call just isn't enough to resolve everything.

“Perfect for teaching colleagues
Pros
From my experience, the interface is easy to navigate and I find it simple to show others how to use it which makes teaching colleagues or clients much less stressful.
Cons
I wish it were accessible at more locations because not everyone has the opportunity to work with such outstanding software and I believe access should be broader so more people can benefit.

“simple and consolidated layout
Pros
I'm really impressed by how simple the layout is, everything feels within arm's reach so I can move through tasks quickly plus having every function congreatated on a single site means I don't have to be bounced to an external webpage just to log my daily notes about residents.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints about this software it performs as I need and I haven't come across any drawbacks.

“Never Miss Documentation with Med Pass!
Pros
Thanks to the med pass function, I never miss any of my documentation because it guides me through each required entry.
Cons
Although I enjoy using the med pass, it gets frustrating when fields such as "hours sleeping" or "percent of meal consumed" appear repeatedly within the same med pass workflow, causing redundant data entry and slowing me down.

“everything within easy reach!
Pros
This program puts everything we require within easy reach which has been especially valuable for our medpassers at the CBRF who aren't trained nurses, having photos of the medications, clear indications of their uses and the ability to review medication history makes administering meds far safer. Because I serve as the business Administrator, I appreciate being able to pull a wide variety of reports that matter to me and review them retrospectively. Charting is easy enough that it actually gets completed to the standards I expect, rather than being skipped and I also appreciate that our pharmacy ties directly into this tool. Even staff who aren't comfortable with computers find it very user-friendly and the customer service has been outstanding.
Cons
I can't think of anything negative to point out about this software right now.

“No Access to Trainings Due to Schedule
Pros
One of the main reasons I'm a fan of this program is how effortlessly it lets me generate reports about our residents so the whole team can view up-to-the-minute information in real time without any hassle.
Cons
What's most frustrating to me is the timing of the scheduled trainings combined with the fact that I can't access recordings afterward, as someone who works the overnight shift I'm eager to learn and would join live sessions if I could but because they're scheduled during my sleep hours I'm effectively blocked from participating and missing out on the content.

“Easy for teaching tasks
Pros
When I teach others, especially those who feel uneasy about giving medications or operating computers, I find this product incredibly easy to use which is essential for helping them gain confidence.
Cons
I have only been working with it for a short period and so far I have not come across any features that I disliked or that were difficult to navigate but since I am primarily an end-user, I can only speak to the basics and the core medication administration functions are remarkably simple to operate.

I'm really impressed with how clean and easy the interface feels and I rarely run into issues which makes creating and updating charts feel smooth and stress-free.
Cons
Occasionally the app stores someone else's login credentials on my device, forcing me to remove those saved passwords and enter mine manually each time which is frustrating.
