I particularly like the EMA side of Modernizing Medicine, it's super convenient and easy to use.

The practice management side needs improvement reversing actions in the billing ledger is difficult reconciling is hard and reports are not user-friendly.

It's easy to use and functional but a few additional features would make it even better. For instance managers should have the ability to view all tasks assigned to staff members not just the assigner and assignee.

It's expensive especially faxing per fax sent making it unaffordable for many practices.

We use EMA and MODMED PM which saves us from integrating separate systems. Both physicians and staff find the system easy to use and we appreciate the regular updates. Many of our suggestions for improvement have been implemented and the support team has been very helpful.

It was quick and easy to learn and the training was excellent. The staff found it easy to learn and efficient to use and there were minimal downtimes. Overall the program has been well-received by our team.

Creating and modifying scheduling templates was complicated and office supply inventory management is incomplete.

This product is amazing! It's incredibly user-friendly and makes charting a delight. There are hardly any downtimes and its tailored for providers. The billing system works smoothly. It's like a dream come true for providers like me and I can use it on both my laptop and iPad. Plus its simple to customize.

This product is like a dream! It's so easy to use making charting a joy. Rarely experiences downtime and is tailored for providers. The billing system works well and its customizable. It's a dream come true for providers usable on both laptops and iPads and simple to customize.

The intuitive interface makes documentation much easier compared to other systems we tested before choosing EMA. Even our senior partners who were used to decades of paper charting found it easy to adapt to this system without needing scribes.

When we lose internet we cant access patient records but it's only happened a few times in four years. Reverting to paper showed us we prefer EMA for documenting.

There are several issues Need more detailed user permissions inactivated accounts can still set appointments and templating is time-consuming. The schedule feature needs improvement and canceling appointments requires too many clicks.

There are several issues we need more control over user permissions and appointment categories. Inactive accounts can still set appointments which shouldnt happen. Changing templates is time-consuming and the scheduling features need improvement like recurring blocks and easier appointment cancellations.

This is hands down the most intuitive EMR software I've ever used. It's incredibly well-designed and significantly reduces charting time while still providing detailed charts. Its truly a game-changer!

The technical support and training staff are excellent. The ModMed Programming team is always releasing updates and adding necessary features. They are attentive to the issues faced by our clinical staff and providers and work to provide solutions. The team at Modernizing Medicine is always a pleasure to deal with and they are fully committed to improving the documentation process around clinical visits compared to other EHRs.

It is not as user-friendly for large clinics lacking administrative features found in larger systems. They're improving with each update.

The technical support and training staff are excellent. The ModMed Programming team constantly updates and adds needed functionality. They listen and understand our problems to design develop and implement solutions easing the documentation burden compared to other EHRs.

This system is not very user-friendly for non-clinical office staff in large clinics. It lacks many administrative features found in larger systems. However, they are making progress with each update.
