“amazing work flow , MIPS usage extremely easy, good customer support”
Pros
The workflow is easy and customer service is excellent. The program allows easy access to patient visit information and simplifies MIPS requirements. Pathology reports consents and much more are well-organized requiring minimal clicks to function.

It's a specialty-specific EMR thats easy to use and intuitive. It assists with proper ICD-10 coding and use of modifiers. Also, it offers additional modules for Pathology Practice Management/Billing Telemedicine and MIPS reporting as integrated features. The company is proactive and responsive to provider issues and input.
Cons

Despite promising a lot the implementation is poor. There were issues with site visits and interface requirements gathering. It's been a nightmare dealing with this company.

Pros
ModMeds customer support is very responsive and professional. EMAs cloud-based design and integration with our practice management system have made our practice virtually paper-free. It took some effort to set up protocols to streamline our visit notes but now its a big time-saver. The e-prescribing function and new office flow features are great. We primarily use the EMA app for iPads but the web version is also easy to use. I recently attended their annual conference and was thoroughly impressed with the companys genuine interest in user feedback to constantly improve their product.
Cons
The system was down once and billing corneal topography can be challenging.

It is easy to use on an iPad and mobile with cloud storage for data. It calculates EMR codes for easier billing and works relatively fast with a sufficient wifi connection.
Cons

They actively listen to user feedback and continually make improvements to the system. It comes equipped with built-in counseling patient education resources and diagnosis codes. It also streamlines office visits and procedures tracks global periods and facilitates before and after image comparisons making it highly efficient.
Cons
Overall, I cant identify any significant drawbacks but it would be beneficial if certain features like patient history were customizable.
