I really like how the software developers have been open to modifying the program to suit our specific needs. When comparing it to alternative choices Enabledocs stands out due to its extensive customization options. Their customer support is outstanding and consistently prompt.
Cons
It would be great if they could incorporate a feature for inserting predefined phrases

Excellent Complete Solution for Provider Practices
Pros
It is incredibly simple to use yet offers multiple customization capabilities. The advanced features allow me to efficiently handle appointments, insurance, claims, clinical documents, MACRA, collections, labs, Eprescriptions and radiology orders. Moreover it even includes telehealth visits. I also receive personalized assistance from their dedicated support team.
Cons
Its worth noting that the system relies on an internet connection so it becomes inaccessible during power outages. While it does function on my phone having a dedicated app would be a convenient addition.
