It is incredibly simple to use yet offers multiple customization capabilities. The advanced features allow me to efficiently handle appointments, insurance, claims, clinical documents, MACRA, collections, labs, Eprescriptions and radiology orders. Moreover it even includes telehealth visits. I also receive personalized assistance from their dedicated support team.
Cons
Its worth noting that the system relies on an internet connection so it becomes inaccessible during power outages. While it does function on my phone having a dedicated app would be a convenient addition.
