it is a great Practice Management platform that adapts to nearly any practice type/specialty yet remains EXTREMELY user-friendly and functional. The team has done a good job of keeping the program fresh and staying current with required guidelines and regulations via automatic updates.
Cons
Still some bugs that could be better. Continues to improve with each suggestion.

Really helps you in administrative aspects of your practice and the most prominent feature of it is the scheduling. Saves a lot of time and trouble. The module is very user-friendly.

One of the major reason to buy this product was that its operations were quite easy and didnt take much time to learn. Plus their customer service is great and always on one call away.
Cons
Few inconsistencies in the workflow but works just fine for me.

My staff learned it swiftly and the training service was great. Really appreciate their interfacing and implementation. Documentation and billing processes are hassle-free.

It is very user friendly in managing billing and scheduling. Automated and direct functions for transferring patients balance saves a lot of hassle. Huge fan of their customer service!

Minor glitches in the software which makes it a bit slow but nothing that cannot be perfected.

I have very minor issues with this software. It gets slow sometimes and also lags but not much. Overall, I really like it.
