The Clients Assessment page may seem crowded but its easy to understand and complete.

Cons

Design for the progress note entry is lengthy. It would be more efficient to have checkboxes and a shorter space for overall progress description.

Exym might seem overwhelming at first but once you get the hang of it ,the program is super easy to use. It is a great way to organize and document things for clients.

Cons

Since we started using Exym as our companys EHR, we’ve noticed that it does not always capture billing details accurately, leading to mislabeled services. This sometimes forces us to submit two separate notes to correct the issue.

Pros

I am still learning the system because we have only been with Exym for less than a year, so cannot say much about it.

Cons

One thing is that the customer service is only available via email resulting in delayed responses. It's frustrating not being able to speak with a live person especially when encountering issues like the unexpected cessation of billing batching without prior notice.

Exceptional customer support

Pros

The support team and customer account representatives at EXYM are great and very helpful. They have provided us with additional training and support during a period of staff turnover at our agency. The cost is reasonable for a smaller agency like ours.

Cons

I am a clinical user and supervisor of this system and I think the dashboard and overall user experience could use some improvements. I find that there are too many steps involved in accessing frequently used tasks, which slows down productivity.
