I would say I do appreciate their customer support, they are very responsive and genuinely try to help but the software is not functional.
Cons
Its not suitable for larger practices like ours where the workload is immense and we need a software that can speed things up for us instead of slowing us down. The format is not easy to understand for everyone and even if we do understand it, it takes a long time to operate the software.
