So far, our experience has been good with Falcon Silver EHR Software and we have had no issues.
Cons
They can look at the customer department side of things that can be looked upon and I believe it will be an amazing software.

I like their new updates, It makes taking notes and updating them very easy it also helps streamline our work. Would highly recommend!
Cons
Sometimes, it slows down while updating notes which can take a long time to operate and is really annoying.

I would not recommend this software to Anyone! It has a lot of flaws, the biggest one being that the system freezes up when the workload is great and it slows down when its operational.

I would say I do appreciate their customer support, they are very responsive and genuinely try to help but the software is not functional.
Cons
Its not suitable for larger practices like ours where the workload is immense and we need a software that can speed things up for us instead of slowing us down. The format is not easy to understand for everyone and even if we do understand it, it takes a long time to operate the software.

I dont see the point of purchasing this software, its pretty average, definitely not the best out there. It also crashes every other day and is super slow. Will not recommend.

The templates can be customized. It has a fairly simple user interface. The templates that they provide helps me save time and allows me to see more patients. This system is a great suit for our dialysis clinics.
