efficient communication with external partners

Pros

I'm really pleased with how user-friendly and efficient it is. The fact that clinicians can fax partners directly from the system saves so much time and hassle. And having it link up smoothly with pharmacies makes everything from e-prescribing to coordination feel smooth and integrated. It's clearly designed to support how care actually gets delivered.

Cons

Haven't run into any major problems.... just a few small enhancements needed and I think they usually address them ASAP.
