“Packed with useful features
Pros
There are so many features of Genesis that we really like using at our office. One of the things I love is how well it connects the schedule and gives the doctor immediate access to notes. The scheduling is linked to our online system and Review Wave makes it quite easy for our patients to communicate with us. We also use their task bar to stay in touch within the office, which is great because its HIPAA-compliant. Plus, we can communicate directly with the Genesis team or billing to streamline any questions or concerns.
Cons
Genesis has a lot of features but we only use about 25 of them. One area thats been a bit tricky for us is the intake process as it is not the easiest for our patients to navigate and it often takes longer than we expected. Another issue is that the page transitions can be slow because multiple processes are happening at once. To help with this, we ended up upgrading our computers RAM to 16GB since the 8GB we had before just wasn't cutting it. That did help speed things up a bit.

It has a lot of really useful features, like appointment tracking and it makes it easy for us to take detailed notes.
Cons
The inventory system doesn't support a bash-based setup which was disappointing. Also, the training felt like it took longer than what I expected.

“Simply Superb!!
Pros
One feature I really like is the option to customize the software and send insurance claims for authorization directly. It saves a lot of time. Plus it also allow us to create care plans for patients.
Cons
Genesis Chiropractic does not allow us to edit the intake forms which is a major flaw.

Pros
It is really well-designed and I use it every day to manage my practice. What I love is that I can customize it to fit my needs making it even more useful for what I do.
Cons
Difficult to access the report writing feature and comparing charts is also not that easy as I expected.

Pros
The best part about this software is that they are constantly updating the system. Plus the reporting features is amazing as it help us generate charts and information. We do not have any difficulty connecting with the customer service either.
Cons
I've noticed that the number of clicks needed for medical billing is a bit too high which is not ideal.

We have been using Genesis EHR for about 10 years and it has been nothing but a blessing. Everything we need is literally a click away, Also we can make it look according to our requirements. Easy to use, flexible and consistent.

It has made no-shows no longer a worry for us. We used to stress about them all the time, but now everythings much more manageable. It really helped us stay on top of appointments and reduce those no-shows.
