You can tell this company is genuinely trying to build the best product out there. They review and roll out updates weekly which is a big difference from other software vendors that talk about improvements but never actually follow through.

One area still being worked on is making the patient check-in process more powerful and simpler. It's not really a negative though since the team is actively collaborating and continuing to improve the product.

Honestly I don't have any complaints about this program. I've used other systems before and Genesis gives me everything I need to run a functional, worry-free practice.

Getting everything implemented was pretty simple and the customer support team was wonderful to work with throughout the process.

A downside is that some features the doctor needs aren't available yet which would help with faster note-taking and better overall efficiency.

The inventory system doesn't support a bash-based setup which was disappointing. Also, the training felt like it took longer than what I expected.

One feature I really like is the option to customize the software and send insurance claims for authorization directly. It saves a lot of time. Plus it also allow us to create care plans for patients.

Genesis Chiropractic does not allow us to edit the intake forms which is a major flaw.

Difficult to access the report writing feature and comparing charts is also not that easy as I expected.

The best part about this software is that they are constantly updating the system. Plus the reporting features is amazing as it help us generate charts and information. We do not have any difficulty connecting with the customer service either.

I've noticed that the number of clicks needed for medical billing is a bit too high which is not ideal.

Genesis has truly gone above and beyond for us and it honestly feels like a part of our team now. It is simply amazing! And if we were able to make the switch from paper and pencil, I am sure any office can make it work too.

We have been using Genesis EHR for about 10 years and it has been nothing but a blessing. Everything we need is literally a click away, Also we can make it look according to our requirements. Easy to use, flexible and consistent.

I wish that they had a system of talking to the customer staff directly than having to open a ticket.

Running everything in the cloud has been a big plus.. there are no servers or extra hardware to deal with and we've cut down on ongoing IT expenses. The interface is well designed and the large number of integrations makes the software even more useful.

The price is a bit on the higher side but once you consider the savings in other areas, it still ends up being worth it.
