You can tell this company is genuinely trying to build the best product out there. They review and roll out updates weekly which is a big difference from other software vendors that talk about improvements but never actually follow through.
Cons
One area still being worked on is making the patient check-in process more powerful and simpler. It's not really a negative though since the team is actively collaborating and continuing to improve the product.

Running everything in the cloud has been a big plus.. there are no servers or extra hardware to deal with and we've cut down on ongoing IT expenses. The interface is well designed and the large number of integrations makes the software even more useful.
Cons
The price is a bit on the higher side but once you consider the savings in other areas, it still ends up being worth it.
