Pros
Automatic reports have been a big plus for me. Scheduling and rescheduling clients is simple which makes daily use really convenient. Whenever I run into a problem or have a suggestion, customer support responds quickly, answers my questions and stays genuinely friendly. I also appreciate that they never make you feel foolish for asking something.. they let you work through the system at your own comfort level.
Cons
The overall interface feels old and a bit dated. I'd really like to see it refreshed, organized and made more visually appealing. It could also be faster when I'm running reports. Other than that, I honestly don't have many complaints about how it works or how the software functions day to day.

Pros
Our office benefits from the fact that it supports multiple users and comes with a wide range of functions. It also runs reliably across all computer operating systems which has been a big advantage for us. Because of that, we're able to keep up with a fast, high-volume workflow without much trouble.
Cons
There are a few sensitive features that can be frustrating, like the appointment box randomly closing while typing. It also isn't as simple as I expected it to be. Getting comfortable with the system takes quite a bit of training before you can really use it properly.

Pros
Getting new employees up to speed on this platform happens quickly so they can become comfortable and capable without much delay. The automated billing also saves a lot of real time which means more time can be spent with patients instead of handling admin work.
Cons
The part I like least is really just that I'm still not familiar with all of the features so my office probably isn't taking full advantage of everything the platform can do.

Pros
Writing notes and sending them to insurance is simple and it comes with a lot of features that let me connect it with other software I already use.
Cons
There's just far too much to learn and the training really falls short. The onboarding at the beginning is seriously inadequate so you end up having to figure out most of it by yourself. I don't have the extra time needed to become fully comfortable with the system which means I barely use a lot of the functions it offers. On top of that, it's expensive.

Pros
Having billing, scheduling and notes together in one system has been a big plus for our office. Since we're moving toward a more digital workflow, it's really helpful to have a patient's documentation available right at our fingertips. It also makes it much simpler to review patient accounts day by day and pull practice statistics reports whenever we need them.
Cons
One frustration is that daily SOAP notes take too many mouse clicks to move through each section. Another downside is that the SOAP notes and PHI information aren't integrated which makes the process feel less connected than it should.

Pros
Having access to so much information through a variety of simple reports is something I really appreciate. It gives me a clear bird's-eye view of how our practice is doing. The notification system is also a big plus because it acts like a memory bank for us so team members don't have to keep track of every specific detail for each patient on their own.
Cons
Since we're located in southwest Florida, weather can sometimes interfere with our electricity and internet service. When the power goes out or the internet slows down, we sometimes end up having to handle data entry afterward.

Pros
Customer support has been really solid and the system is pretty simple to work with. Robin also keeps us informed about new ways to use the software which has been very helpful.
Cons
It gets frustrating when I have questions about billing or documentation and I'm told they can't help with that. Since your team handles insurance billing, I feel like there should be more guidance on what to do and what to avoid on the billing side so both our practice and your company can bring in more revenue.

Pros
Genesis stands out to me because it's very user friendly. It also comes with excellent training videos that walk you through just about every part of the system. The videos go into plenty of detail and cover a wide range of topics which makes learning the platform much easier.
Cons
At the same time, the biggest strength also ends up being the biggest downside. The system is so broad and packed with features that I still do not know all the parts of it as well as I would like.

Genesis feels like a very complete patient management system. It's thoughtfully built and user-friendly overall. We did need to spend several hours getting familiar with it but once the training was done, I really appreciated how smart and efficient the software is.
Cons
Reporting is the area that could use some work. The interface isn't especially attractive and we still can't pull every single statistic we need.

Having the option to connect different add-ons really helps with managing the office especially things like credit card processing, appointment reminder texts and a full overview of patient visits, collections and other key information.
Cons
At times, the system can feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many different areas to work through. Filing claims and making changes to them when needed can also be somewhat tricky.

The practice analysis feature is fantastic and having it LIVE makes a huge difference. I haven't seen another system that lets you track the heartbeat of your office this clearly and effectively.
Cons
No system is going to be perfect for every practice. The notes took a little while to get used to but once everything was dialed in, it worked really well. With any EHR, there's always going to be something you don't love so it really comes down to choosing what fits your needs best.

The SOAP note section for doctors was simple to use and the stats and reports are very helpful. The support team also responds quickly even if they do not always have the answers right away.
Cons
The software still needs a lot of improvement especially when it comes to claim tracking. It would be much better if it had functionality like ChiroTouch, where claims can be marked as billed, waiting or paid.

Whenever questions come up, the staff is available and follows up electronically which makes communication really convenient. Any time there's a billing issue, they handle it quickly and get it resolved without much hassle.
Cons
One limitation is not being able to enter a note without an exam code although I understand that's likely due to legal requirements. The note comments section also feels overly detailed and there are a lot of reports to choose from which can be a bit overwhelming.

Customer support was one of the best parts of using this software and the travel card really stood out to me as well. It felt current and looked more up to date than anything else in the system.
Cons
The part I liked least was the outdated appearance of most of the site especially compared with the refreshed travel card. On top of that, the font size was very small.

Being able to customize the tabs makes charting and finishing my notes much quicker. Another big plus is the support team.. whenever I have a question someone reaches back out within 24 hours. I also appreciate the wide range of reports available since they help me monitor how the office is performing.
Cons
The price is one downside. A few functions can also be a bit confusing to figure out at first. There are certain payment plan options I'd want to use that the software doesn't currently support and it also sends insurance reminders for private-pay patients which isn't helpful.

Their customer service has been excellent. They always get back to us the very same day and I also really appreciate how simple it is to reschedule patients.
Cons
One thing that's missing is the ability to add claim notes that every user can see. It would be helpful to leave time-stamped notes showing when I called about a claim, the current status and similar updates for the rest of the office.
