Pros

Gentem is designed well with a clean and modern intuitive interface, which made the initial setup and daily operations quite simple. The integration with other systems is also seamless, which is I believe is very important for maintaining smooth workflows in a practice. Additionally, its reporting features are robust, providing detailed insights that have been valuable for tracking patient progress and practice performance.

Cons

There is a bit of learning curve involved, other than that I have no major complaints to mention.
