Pros
It is best for GI-specific practice. Everything gets controlled by one server. Billing, Notes, and patient portal are all under one system which makes it really convenient for the staff.
Cons
Enhancements requests are a bit slow but it happens rarely.

The best thing about this software is that their team is continually trying to improve the product. The seamless link between endoscopy suite and office management has been possible to due to great implementation of information by this software. Really helpful for a managing practitioner.
Cons
On a general note, it gets a little inefficient when data load is there. team can surely improve the pace.

Best GI-specific EHR software out there!
Pros
It is one of the few GI specific software with an efficient workflow for scheduling, endoscopy and outpatient services. Managing documents and billing services is considerably faster than others.
Cons
Compatible with old versions of Windows. Upgrading would definitely be a plus!

I found this software to be particularly beneficial for endoscopy units especially when its the sole software in use. It was straightforward for me to grasp and become proficient in. I must commend the exceptional customer support team who have been incredibly helpful throughout.
Cons
However I did notice that it wasnt as customizable as initially advertised during the sales pitch. There are certain areas for improvement that cannot be overlooked leaving some aspects and customizations unachievable.

Cons
Although not necessarily a downside I believe incorporating an instant messaging feature could further enhance its value. Often quick responses from colleagues are crucial and a live messaging option would undoubtedly elevate the efficiency of this already impressive software.

Cons
However the softwares reliance on outdated Internet Explorer and ActiveX components has become a significant drawback hindering its performance with frequent issues after Windows updates. The patient portal and communication features are notably outdated making certain processes like prescription management unnecessarily complex and timeconsuming.

My main gripe is the slow response to fix requests. Many obvious flaws seem to go unaddressed and some processes involve unnecessary steps. The softwares performance can be sluggish at times.
