“Faster script sending now”
Pros
Sending prescriptions through this is really quick and it's a huge improvement over having to make endless phone calls all day. I also like that it auto-fills the correct dosage for the medication which saves time. You can still make changes when needed but having that already populated makes the whole process much faster.
Cons
It would help a lot if typing either the brand name or the generic name made the medication show up automatically. Right now we often have to stop and look up the alternate name just to find out how it's listed in the system.

Our setup runs on a less common software stack yet their team has consistently been supportive whenever issues came up during software changes or other technical challenges. That kind of help hasn't been typical with other vendors from what we've seen.
Cons
Every now and then we have to start the day earlier than we'd prefer to coordinate calls with people in different time zones.
