Healopay site does not work. They send bills with ZERO contact info. They were probably hacked or has had ransom attack .

Cons

The healopay site dies not work. Healow has stolen hours of my life because they sent a bill with Zero contact info for them and website does not work

Pros

I have not come across anything that I count as a pro.

Cons

Is there a knowledge base available here? Sometimes, it feels like the focus is more on collecting payments than on actual patient care. I have even noticed some instances of double billing, which is frustrating.

Terrible choice for patients

Pros

It has some nice features, but only if they actually work.

Cons

There's a lot of glitching, which is super frustrating for both me and my patients. Also it is just not user-friendly on either side of the platform. Updates are a pain, and reaching customer service feels nearly impossible.

Always updated with outstanding support

Pros

The online resources helped me a lot when I was new to the software. It made navigating the system much easier and allowed me to quickly get up-to-speed on all of its features.

Cons

The customer service could be improved as I found it difficult to reach out for help at times. Also, the wait time for responses was sometimes too long.

Proven to be very helpful to us

Pros

The Healow software is incredibly helpful when it comes to managing health information. It’s user-friendly and I love the automated reminders that keep me updated with upcoming appointments.

Cons

The only downside to Healow is that it can be slow at times. It takes some time for the platform to load, which can be annoying when trying to get into my patient records quickly.

healow is a remarkable product

Pros

My experience with Healow has been great! The software is easy to use and I love that it has an app with notifications. The reminders are helpful to stay up-to-date with appointments and refills.

Cons

The only negative experience I had was the customer service. It took a while to get help when I needed assistance with setting up my account. Also, the wait time for a response was long.

Ideal for training

Pros

I have been using it to train users, from medical students to healthcare professionals, so that they are aware of all the relevant medical knowledge. Healow also provides excellent online support to assist users and easy template-making to quickly add patient records. And I can also easily share clinical notes made by the users.

Cons

UI is unnecessarily complex and requires a lot of clicks in order to navigate anywhere. Third-party integrations are somewhat workable but difficult to implement. Plus customer support is slow which annoys me Mainly when I need assistance urgently.
