I have been using it to train users, from medical students to healthcare professionals, so that they are aware of all the relevant medical knowledge. Healow also provides excellent online support to assist users and easy template-making to quickly add patient records. And I can also easily share clinical notes made by the users.
Cons
UI is unnecessarily complex and requires a lot of clicks in order to navigate anywhere. Third-party integrations are somewhat workable but difficult to implement. Plus customer support is slow which annoys me Mainly when I need assistance urgently.
