Cons

lots of glitching. patients are constantly frustrated by user experience. not user friendly from either side of platform. difficult to update. hard to reach customer service.

Stays up to date and offers great customer support.
Pros

The online resources helped me a lot when I was new to the software. It made navigating the system much easier and allowed me to quickly get up-to-speed on all of its features.

Cons

The customer service could be improved as I found it difficult to reach out for help at times. Also, the wait time for responses was sometimes too long.

Healow review.
Pros

The Healow software is incredibly helpful when it comes to managing health information. It’s user-friendly and I love the automated reminders that keep me updated with upcoming appointments.

Cons

The only downside to Healow is that it can be slow at times. It takes some time for the platform to load, which can be annoying when trying to get into my patient records quickly.

Pros

Healow has made managing appointments and information a breeze! I love how user-friendly the interface is and that they offer resources to help with navigating the healthcare system.

Cons

The only downside I have experienced is that it can be difficult to find pricing information for the software. I wish that information was more readily available.

A brilliant software!
Pros

My experience with Healow has been great! The software is easy to use and I love that it has an app with notifications. The reminders are helpful to stay up-to-date with appointments and refills.

Cons

The only negative experience I had was the customer service. It took a while to get help when I needed assistance with setting up my account. Also, the wait time for a response was long.

Great platform for learning and large-scale patient management.
Pros

I have been using it to train users, from medical students to healthcare professionals, so that they are aware of all the relevant medical knowledge. Healow also provides excellent online support to assist users and easy template-making to quickly add patient records. And I can also easily share clinical notes made by the users.

Cons

The UI, however, is unnecessarily complex and requires a lot of clicks in order to navigate anywhere. Third-party integrations are somewhat workable but challenging to implement, and customer support is slow.
