The transition to Hello Health was smooth and efficient, prompted by dissatisfaction with the previous EMR's customer support. Hello Health staff provided on-site training for both providers and front desk staff, and offered fast troubleshooting support by phone after the initial onboarding. Throughout the years, the Hello Health team remained responsive and helped customize the platform to meet the practice's specific needs. Patients appreciated the improved accessibility and functionality of the patient portal.

Cons

Although the software was not initially ideal for a women's health practice in terms of tracking shorter-term medical complaints and obstetric records, the team provided helpful workarounds that allowed the practice to use the EMR satisfactorily.

The EMR fits my small practice well

Hello Health is the third EMR implemented by the user and is the most intuitive. It has been easy to use from day one, with a low initial cost compared to other companies and compatibility with any hardware. The cloud-based platform allows for remote access, facilitating work from home. The user-friendly patient portal enables easy communication and sharing of test results between patients and providers, ensuring portable yet secure health information.

Cons

Like all software programs, there are occasional computer glitches, but the IT team is readily available and responsive, typically answering calls promptly to address questions and resolve issues. However, the software does not currently interface with other practices or hospital EMRs, which the user hopes will be implemented in the future.
