HIPAA-compliant, with an easy-to-obtain BAA, simple for patients to use, featuring great modules and clear appointments, plus live customer service.
Cons
No issues. I wish I can submit a least issue. However, we are VERY satisfied and would recommend this product HIPAA VIDEO.

I appreciate the organized calendar and the immediate emails for appointments. When it works, it works really well.
Cons
I have found that many of my patients who have android phone types such as Samsung, etc. cannot use the app. I am unable to see or speak with them.
