Pros
For a long time, we were looking for software that serves us well but failed to do so until we found iChartsMD EHR. It is a versatile and reliable software for managing electronic health records in various medical practices. Moreover, it has all the features required. Also, regular updates ensure that the system remains compliant with industry standards and continuously improves functionality.
Cons
Having too many features is advantageous but overwhelming at times, specifically for a new user, requiring significant training. Additionally, occasional system glitches, although promptly addressed by customer support, can interrupt my workflow.
