Great!
Pros
It's easy to use and create custom templates, has a great schedule, and is clean and efficient. The initial tutorials were helpful.
Cons
Lots of insurance requirements in the required documentation... too much for an out of network practice.. wish you could turn on/off the documentation requirements

Affordable and powerful alternative to other overpriced EMRs
Affordable and powerful alternative to other overpriced EMRs
Pros
I wanted a Practice Management Software that combined documentation and billing systems. In Touch EMR offers a unified package that simplifies managing a private practice.
Cons
They release a lot of new features and sometimes its hard to keep a track. All I need is a simple way to write a SOAP note so I am in and out of the system quickly.

Excellent EMR, billing software and customer support
Excellent EMR, billing software and customer support
Pros
As a new practice owner, I researched extensively and found In Touch EMR to be organized and effective. The staff has been incredibly helpful, offering guidance on credentialing, payer enrollment, data transition, training, and mastering the product. They went above and beyond, making the training stress-free. I appreciate the immediate billing and being able to talk to someone whenever needed.
Cons
I wish they had 24/7 support, but their support staff does work long hours and is always available..

Good sales pitch
Good sales pitch
Pros
The product is well-designed and easy to use. Setup was straightforward, and our account contact was top-notch, always willing to help and prompt in responding. The company sought feedback on improving the product and sometimes implemented suggested ideas.
Cons
Whenever there were issues with the software - we were always given a 'work around' because updates took forever. The company has good features available but they charge for every little add on, making it challenging for small businesses to get exactly what they need. When technical issues arose (which they did often) the company would make us feel as if it were something we did or a problem on our end.
