Amazing company to partner with.

Pros

Customer support at InSync is always quick to respond and can either answer our questions or point us in the right direction. The sales team is amazing and always available to answer any questions or concerns that I or a new provider joining InSync might have. We have been assigned to a specific support agent who is extremely knowledgeable about our industry. They have had a positive experience.

Cons

Although there are many good aspects to the system, one of the recent issues has been the system going down suddenly, which has impacted not only our billing capacities but also our providers access to schedulers and EMR. Another issue is that InSync does not currently accept all areas of expertise.

An affordable and great software.

Pros

We needed applications that could be tailored to fulfill all of the different criteria we have for our various contracts and accreditation for our broad mental health practice (60+ providers). That is indeed what we have been looking for. It is extremely user-friendly and has greatly increased the quality of our practice. Were already using InSyncs RCM (billing) services...so far, impressive, very nice!

Cons

There may be a few small and minor things that would improve our workflows, but since we identified them, InSync added them to their list of requests for product improvements. For example, wed love to be able to use the product to send out Client Satisfaction Surveys, but this isnt currently possible.

One stop shop EMR

Pros

The all-in-one system offers extensive features like faxing e-prescribing and billing with notable highlights including streamlined patient communication efficient medication management and an improved patient portal.

Cons

Billing delays until encounters are closed pose significant challenges as does the softwares limited compatibility with iPads and cumbersome functionalities like the absence of a no-show fee option.

Tailored to our needs.

Pros

We just started using InSync, and so far the best part has been the vendors support. They took the time to explain the products functionality and ensure that our companys requirements were met. I really like how insync can be tailored to individual patient needs, allowing operations to flow efficiently and effectively.

Cons

It took some time to figure out how to use the software, but once we did, it was simple and easy to use. Another issue weve had is that switching between pages can take a long time at times. Apart from that, InSync has been flawless.

InSync for PPEC use

Pros

To-Dos and internal messaging streamline communication while the programs aesthetics and Facesheet view enhance documentation ease. Customizable forms further tailor the program to our needs.

Cons

Despite efforts from the implementation team particularly the support team the software lacks features essential for smooth operation in a PPEC facility notably in care plans and eMAR functionalities.
