“Lumas Partner in Solving Challenges
Pros
Luma has been a valuable partner in helping us overcome various challenges we faced in our practice. However, over time, it appears that their focus has shifted towards different goals, resulting in a negative customer experience.
Cons
One of the major issues we encountered was the frequent changes in our account representatives, making it difficult to establish strong relationships. Eventually, Lumas representatives stopped contacting our practice, forcing us to find solutions on our own. Additionally, they changed their payment terms, demanding upfront payment or threatening to drop us as customers.

One of the positive aspects of Luma is the ability to privately access patient information when necessary, providing convenience. However, there are times when patients ignore their messages, which limits the effectiveness of this feature.
Cons
The major drawback is the difficulty in reading the paperwork sent by patients. The text is too small to see without a magnifying glass, leading to complaints from others as well. Writing in the ounts becomes necessary due to the inability to clearly view them.

Cons
If, for any reason, a call needs to be ended without speaking with the patient, the "JOIN SESSION" button becomes deactivated, and a new link must be sent to the patient, causing a minor inconvenience.

Cons
It would be advantageous if Luma Health expanded the review publishing feature to platforms like Vitals, Healthgrades, WebMD, and others. Many physicians strive to maintain positive reviews across multiple sites, and having this functionality would greatly assist in achieving that goal.

Ive been using this software for about 8 months now. Back in 2017 I was using a competitor (I wont name it but it rhymes with Urbo Fax). My bookkeeper helped with the conversion and showed me how to input data making it straightforward for me to use!
Cons
While the software has been user-friendly and simplified data entry transitioning from a competitor may have resulted in compatibility issues or a learning curve for certain features. Additionally long-term scalability and advanced functionality might be lacking compared to other solutions potentially limiting its effectiveness as your business grows.
