Eventually, Lumas representatives stopped contacting our practice, forcing us to find solutions on our own. Additionally, they changed their payment terms, demanding upfront payment or threatening to drop us as customers.

One of the positive aspects of Luma is the ability to privately access patient information when necessary, providing convenience. However, there are times when patients ignore their messages, which limits the effectiveness of this feature.

Cons

The major drawback is the difficulty in reading the paperwork sent by patients. The text is too small to see without a magnifying glass, leading to complaints from others as well. Writing in the ounts becomes necessary due to the inability to clearly view them.

Pros

I like how easy it is to locate patients and initiate HIPAA-compliant conversations on the Luma platform. It strelines the process of patient management and ensures privacy and security.

Cons

Occasionally, I have encountered difficulties when rescheduling appointments using this platform, which can be a bit challenging.
