All the employees and customers are happy with the iO Practiceware EHR Software. Simple and Effective, as they call it. Also, their customer support is indeed one of the best in the market.

The system overall is very slow, it takes hours to update information and to access records making it insufficient for daily use. I also dont appreciate the lack of concern that is shown by the customer support team.
