“The Worst System Imaginable

This system presents numerous challenges, it's notably difficult to both set up and operate due to its sluggish processor and overall poor usability experience.
Cons
The customer service experience has been incredibly disappointing. It's shocking that their representatives actually resorted to shouting at my team members when we sought assistance with our numerous issues. Last week alone, we spent over 10 frustrating hours on support calls. Despite promising seamless QuickBooks integration for generating quality reports, it simply doesn't exist. The sales reports are far from satisfactory. The POS system for restaurants is plagued with unaddressed glitches that severely hinder operations. Similarly, the retail POS system is equally unreliable, often inaccurately processing transactions. You can enter an item, save it, and then inexplicably watch it disappear. If there were a way to request a refund, I would pursue it vigorously. My advice: steer clear of this system at all costs!
