“Worst system”
Pros
None that I can think of.
Cons
Poor customer support, extremely confusing interface, constant glitching, and function issues, poor user friendliness for the calendar, extremely complicated interface, extremely poor user friendliness, worst home health system I have used out of over 25 different systems

“Difficult to set up and learn”
Pros
Kantime has the potential to keep us compliant.
Cons
Setting up was really difficult and stressful. The staff wasn't very helpful, and while they may be great nurses, they do not seem to have the training or teaching skills needed to make things easier for us. The remote training that was offered when we purchased was just recorded videos and we didn't fully realize this, which was really disappointing. On top of that, all the support staff have accents that we have trouble understanding, which made things even harder.

“Elevate the stress, nothing else....”
Pros
Having everything I need in one place is convenient and it is the only thing I like about this software.
Cons
The system often crashes or freezes, and it takes a long time to load. When it comes to charting, I find myself entering the same information over and over in different places which gets pretty frustrating.

“Worst, Worst, and Worst”
Pros
At first, I was really excited about this product because I thought it had most of the features we needed for success in home health care. Plus it was cheaper than other systems at first, but in the end, it turned out to be more expensive.
Cons
Wow, what a totally awful and incredibly stressful experience. The implementation of the product was delayed for over 8 months not the 3 months they promised. The system and training are not interactive at all, and they are super limited in terms of days and times. Then, you pay a huge amount of money, and in our case so much went wrong with what the team uploaded into our patient files that it took me weeks to fix it. All the doctor information was wrong for most of my patients and I had to go back in and fix each one individually. On top of that, there were major issues with billing. I used Waystar as the clearinghouse to bill HH Medicaid and the Waystar rep told me the Kantime team messed up my accounts so badly that all the bills they sent to Waystar were denied and couldn't go through. This meant even more hours of my time spent fixing the issues. We had to have multiple meetings, and finally after 3 months, we were able to bill but only for a small portion of our accounts. In the meantime, we had to switch 95% of our accounts back to our old EMR and clearinghouse just to get paid. I had several meetings with their implementation team and I requested that my account be reviewed and that someone would go over the clients and charges with me each month. They told me I’d have this meeting in July, but surprise—I was never connected with anyone who would actually look at my account. Don’t waste your time! They couldn’t even demonstrate how billing would be processed, and scheduling seemed complicated. Plus there was an issue with creating forms without extra charges or waiting for specialty forms.

“Good product, but poor customer support”
Pros
The compliance and functionality are excellent. I particularly appreciate the concept of widgets and find the scheduling functionality to be effective.
Cons
The onboarding and setup were really difficult. I know part of this was because we started just a month before PDGM was implemented, so there was no one available to help us. It ended up taking over a year for us to get the setup right, and during that time, we had very little support. It was a pretty frustrating process overall.

“Kantime, on time, your time, my time, anytime!”
Pros
I guess the ease of use is one of the things I like the most and it was a requirement too. So it's great that it's so easy to navigate and get my work done without any hassle.
Cons
Charting and scheduling can be really aggravating, especially when it comes to the paperwork side of things. Honestly, my experience with Kantime was not my favorite.

Additional back-office support is needed especially after hours.

“A simple yet feature-rich tool”
Pros
The softwares intuitive interface is excellent and is easy to set up and operate. The automated client reminder emails are highly beneficial, and the integration with the Google calendar app helps me stay organized, even while on the go.
Cons
The only missing feature that would make this software even more powerful is the integration of client health history. If that were available, it would truly be a standout solution.

“KenTime is a dependable software”
Pros
I really love the inclusion of the mobile app as it makes things so much easier for me especially when it comes to getting patient or parent signatures. It's a real time-saver and adds a lot of convenience to the process.
Cons
Creating a change order is not very user-friendly as I expected. It is a bit of a hassle to figure out.

“Basic but missing key features”
Pros
The software is fairly easy to use which is a huge plus. It has basic online booking features that work just fine for what I need. Plus I can easily store important patient information like date of birth, health card details, insurance info and contact details all in one place. Moreover it runs smoothly on the desktop. Overall, it's a solid choice for managing patient details and appointments.
Cons
One major issue with the software is how often it crashes, making it unreliable. Also, getting tech support is a real struggle since there is no phone number to call for quick help. The platform isn't optimized for smart devices so it only works well on a desktop. It also doesn't have features for Intake/SOAP notes or billing so you have to use other programs for those tasks, which can be a hassle for registered health professionals.

“User-friendly with top-notch support”
Pros
I’ve been using this software for almost three years now and it's been great. It is fairly easy to use. One of the best features for me is the free online booking as it's such a time-saver. I also love how I can send reminders and follow-up messages, which has been super helpful in keeping everything on track. Honestly, it is been reliable and has met all my needs from day one.
Cons
Recently, I have noticed that the server has been pretty unstable, which has caused some inconvenience. Also, adjusting the options for online booking can be a bit tricky at times. There are occasional issues where reminders are not sent as they should.

“Struggles with language”
Pros
I like the ease of reaching Kantime support with any questions or concerns.
Cons
When we first started using it, it did not meet all our needs. And a lot of times, the support team just couldn’t understand what needed to be done to fix the problem.

“Great scheduling tool, poor integration”
Pros
While it may take some time and effort to see desired results, once fully implemented, I must say this software serves as a fantastic scheduling tool.
Cons
The main limitation lies in its integration capabilities. Although it excels as a scheduling tool, it lacks seamless integration with billing programs, which can pose challenges for us, the users.

“Not complicated at all!!”
Pros
This software is very simple and easy to use, especially for beginners like me. Plus I really like how easy it is to get the hang of, and the best part is that it does not overcomplicate things.
Cons
There were some features we just could not make use of. For example, the caregiver and client profiles can't be opened at the same time, which is highly inconvenient.

“Should have an app version, as the desktop version is not the best”
Pros
I use both the Kantime Home Health and Hospice websites. I prefer the Home Health version because the signature box is large enough for my patients to sign. Additionally I like that my visits dont get erased if I dont submit them within 24 hours.
Cons
It really needs to be an app. The website is not even mobile-friendly. As someone working in home care, I am not walking around with a computer but I have got my phone with me. In a world where everyone uses apps, I don't get why this is still just a website. The charting boxes are a pain to select. They almost always pick the wrong box or sometimes none at all. And sometimes, the box selection changes while am scrolling. Can the boxes just be bigger? Also, the page layout makes no sense. Why are not Today's Visits at the top where they should be?

“Simple but could have more features”
Pros
It is really easy to use and navigate, with simple functions and different ways to get tasks done. The reports are also super easy to read, which makes everything more efficient.
Cons
I have had some issues with random sign-outs, which can be really frustrating. There are also missing features like queries and reminders that would make things a lot easier. Plus there is no automatic highlighting for new clients, which would be really helpful to keep track of them.

Pros
KanTime software is really easy to use and stable, which I really like. I also love that I can export data to Excel to create custom reports. Plus the customer support is top-notch, always available when I need it.

“Easy to use, but unreliable with poor support”
Pros
I love that I can download each appointment directly to my calendar. Also the software is super easy to use. The reminder feature, with both email and text notifications, worked great at first and was really helpful for both my patients and me.
Cons
Unfortunately, the software hasn't been working properly for the last six months. It keeps failing to send appointment reminders to patients and does not sync with my calendar like it should. I have tried reaching out to docmein.com for help, but their response has been slow and none of the issues have been fixed.
