Pros

Kareo Medical Billing Software is so great. The chart updating, file reviewing and payment posting options make it especially great. I am happy with the level of customer support I have received from their end.

No issues so far. It is amazing and gets the job done.

The system is super user-friendly. It's really simple to learn and navigate and finding and accessing records is a breeze. They offer extra tools that make troubleshooting a lot easier. The customer support team is also great. They’re knowledgeable, responsive and always quick to help with any questions.

I have no complaints about this system. Everything is incredibly amazing.

“Excellent EHR that will be even better with support for natural healthcare providers

Pros

Love the layout, love the clean and professional look. Their iPad app is fully optimized and shows all sections of the note on one page.

Cons

A bit more support for natural products/supplements will be appreciated. You have to manually enter every single product you wish to recommend.

I'll keep it simple. It is easy to use, easy to navigate and easy to understand for anyone!

Some basic features are missing like being able to duplicate a macro.

We had never used billing softwares before and wanted to keep the billing in house so went with Kareo. It was the best decision ever!

Our only concern was the price and it kept increasing as we added more therapists. We need lower cost options.

Not all would get it but the main reason we were drawn to Kareo was because of its API. We were able to get the data out to use with our company software.

Included reporting is okay but most reports are exported in an unusable format so we totally avoid that.

Automation is what it does best! Payments are transferred from patient to practice so easily. Texts and emails are also sent automatically to the patients.

Software has all the codes for insurance billing purposes but if you deal in cash, manual entering of supplements is inefficient.

It is very easy to use. A simple system with no extra embellishments. Their customer service is not like any other. They have all the answers and the support they offer is invaluable.

It is too easy and you can get accustomed to it pretty quickly. It has all the tools a practice needs to be successful.

The transition to electronic records was seamless. The entire training process was amazing and we love all the scheduling, billing, payment and record entry modules.

One tiny issue that they should allow bulk editing for patient files.

It is a user-friendly system which helps us process all medical bills. We have had no problems getting in touch with the customer support either.

Sometimes it gives the error that insurance is not valid even though it is.

Super functional for administrative tasks and their customer support is always available to listen.

It feels very badly designed and the templates are not easy to edit. Doctors do not like using it and we have to wait a long time to be offered a solution by the technical support.

It requires using different tax IDs and we have to switch to the one depending on what type of work we need to do.

I cherish the format of Kareo. The dashboard is awesome and offers a parcel of usefulness while still looking clean and proficient. The clinical parcel is incredible because it displays all the segments of the note on one page. The capacity to add and expel segments is additionally exceptionally valuable.

Theres exceptionally small support for common products/supplements in Kareo. You'll be able to make it work but its certainly not easy ...requiring physically entering every single item you would like to suggest within the Medicate Favorites section.

They include what I like the most. Not having to log in to various entrances to check qualification makes my work 10X simpler!

There is exceptionally small support for products in Kareo. You will be able to make it work but it is certainly not easy- requiring physical entry every single item you would like to suggest within the Medicates Favourite Area.

This software is really user-friendly that also convenient to learn and use. It makes my job run more smooth.

Refunding a patient is really time taking as the refunding process is really time taking. It should be just a debit to credit in the adjustment field.

I can't find some reports occasionally as they are not available and the transfer of data from one case to another is also a problem.
