Compared to the previous reliance on paper documents, this product streamlines everything. It provides all the necessary information in one place and keeps comprehensive records.

Sometimes, it claims that my pre saved password is incorrect but after numerous tries the same saved password works. I hope this problem will be fixed by the team soon

Among all the EMRs I have worked with Kipu is the most user friendly.

The system has some bugs especially in treatment plans and the golden thread.

The support team is exceptional as they all are professional and knowledgeable. They handle tickets promptly and the initial setup and training are user friendly and efficient.

Today we are implementing the scheduler and I am excited about that. Until now I primarily use KIPU for individual sessions and treatment plan reviews which are not particularly challenging.

The layout is user friendly and the tabs provide valuable assistance.

I have noticed that the system can time out during sessions causing the loss of added information. Its frustrating when the document is released and theres missing information on the medical record after entering it into the system.

I like the ability to add forms, attachments and organize them by date. In short I am happy with the software so far.

Implementing Kipu into our existing workspace was so simple. It is highly intuitive. If ever needed customer support is always available to provide assistance.

While I understand that EMRs have to log out after a certain period of inactivity it can be annoying to log in multiple times during a workday!

I like the integration of numerous forms which automatically populate to minimize documentation redundancies.

As a therapist I would like having more diagnosis options and greater flexibility in selecting diagnoses. For instance when diagnosing and creating a treatment plan for anger issues I often have to choose between a diagnosis that includes conduct disorder or homicidal tendencies. These labels are not always in the best interest of my patients.

Operating and navigating through the system is a simplest task and the helpful customer service adds to the experience.

Honestly, there s nothing to hate or dislike about this software. I find it very easy to operate.
