Kipu is an important tool for us mainly. It allow us to personalize each clients experience, capturing team notes, therapy and nursing details, incidents, lab results, toxicology reports and property and release information. From admission to discharge it effectively tracks and supports clients.

Cons

I think there is room for improvement mainly when it comes to taking better photos of properties and client belongings. It would be helpful to have an upgraded system that specifies what clients can use and what is restricted, along with the ability to take photos.

I cannot praise Kipu enough. Its intuitive, visually pleasing and navigation is seamless. As a super admin I love the access I have to update and create necessary features with utmost ease.

I wish I could manually type the time in the scheduling section instead of relying on the scroll. Additionally it would be helpful to have the ability to drag and move appointments or even copy and paste them.

In my day to day work life Kipu is undoubtedly the most convenient technology I use. I adore the fact that I can check the status of lab results from anywhere using Kipu mobile.

The SMART GOALS suggestions facilitate easy treatment planning and the Whiley worksheets contribute to efficient and professional healing. The customer service is exceptional and the instructional videos are invaluable in maximizing the Kipu experience.

Honestly, I don't have any cons for KIPU. It's the first program I've used and I have no complaints. If I had to find something it might be the fact that I'm not sure if I'll ever learn everything. KIPU offers so many features to explore.
