Pros

I really like the user friendliness and navigational ease. Even when training new employees, they quickly grasp its functionality.

Cons

It has experienced two issues since I started working here and thats within just six months.

It is easy to use with patient photos and alerts conveniently accessible in one place.

I have no complaints. I cannot say anything bad about this software.

Everything is combined in one place. I can easily complete a Master Recovery Plan and conduct necessary reviews while keeping it an active document to accommodate new goals and updates.

The validation assessment feature does not work properly.

The system is very user friendly. I rely on it daily for group notes, daily updates, group assignments, ROIs and consents.

At this time there is nothing to mention. When I first started using it, the page didn't update as quickly as it does now because of that I lost some work initially.

It is frustrating that I can't view scanned insurance cards in a larger format.

Initially it was hard to learn but with regular use and time, the program becomes easier to navigate.

I really like how effortlessly I can use Kipu. I have had experiences with EMR systems that were unnecessarily complex in the past.

I feel like KIPU could improve the ease of editing documentation. For example if I want to add or change the format of a Continuing Care Plan. it often requires spending several hours on the phone with a KIPU representative.

Pros

It is very user friendly and can be easily taught to non experts. Corrections and retakes are monitored but allowed meaning you can fix an error and the system notifies the administrator when an issue occurs.

Cons

It would be nice if there was a way to seamlessly cross reference two separate systems without switching login portals, but I understand that it's likely impossible due to security concerns.

The program operates swiftly. Treatment plans offer various options to assist in creating suitable patient plans.

It doesn't automatically capitalize the first letter of a new sentence which can be a minor inconvenience.

I like how easy it was for me to navigate through the tabs. In other words no cons in kipu for me.

Once you grasp the system, it is extremely intuitive to navigate and the assessments are thorough, meeting all the required standards.

Some forms have grammatical errors and can be confusing.

I have noticed that Kipus functionality is impressive and both counselors and other staff find it easy to grasp in a short amount of time.

I don't like how the cursor jumps around while writing notes. It is something that is very irritating.

Sometimes when updating and validating the system fails to save, forcing me to type the full clinical notes repeatedly.

I really like the simplicity of KIPU. Its easy to identify document creators and review them.

Integrating Lab reports into the existing KIPU program was the most challenging part. However we easily handled it with professionals outside of our agency. KIPU and the lab. Overall the integration was smooth.

The system is simple to use, dependable and makes it easy to add documents and files. It is fast allowing smooth navigation between screens. It securely holds and safeguards a wealth of information.

I don't have any cons to share. Kipu fulfills all my needs.
