Despite my limited computer skills Kipu is easy to learn, intuitive and reliable.

I am impressed by how easily I learned to use it. I have encountered no issues with the program it consistently works for me.

Its incredibly useful and easy to work with. The only frustrating part is having to enter that # symbol each time. Overall Kipu is the best and I've used it at other places I've worked.

The platform is user friendly, speedy, comprehensive and offers various organizational tools such as chart notes, appointment management, reminders, flags and HIPAA compliance.

I have no complaints. This is my first experience with a system like this and it turns out to be the best for me. it was highly adaptable for me. It wasn't overly technical so I didn't get lost on the pages while submitting information.

“Kipu Capabilities

Pros

What I really like the most about Kipu is the seamless transition between tabs. I can easily access a patients last chart to better understand any changes or lack thereof. Finding new patients based on their picture, number and location is effortless. I can also identify who needs to see the doctor or ARPN on any given day. Most importantly if a mistake occurs it can be easily fixed without the need for crossing out in pen and writing 'error' along with initials. Preadmission and insurance information is already available on Kipu before I start an intake so I am well informed and don't have to spend time searching for this information which streamlines the process for the patient.

Personally I have nothing negative to say. I absolutely love Kipu. It was simple to learn and it automatically generates information, eliminating the need for repetitive manual entries.

I am not entirely sure but after using various other programs this one requires some reconsideration.

Anyone can overwrite anything. If I accidentally touch "PASTE" instead of "COPY" the word is permanently erased and there is no way to restore it to its original state.

The customer support is my favorite aspect of Kipu. Every time I have reached out for assistance, the support team has gone above and beyond to help me resolve any issues. They are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to find solutions. I am extremely satisfied with the level of support I've received. I also like the systems customizability allowing us to tailor it to our specific needs. Thank you Kipu.

Certain features can be a bit tricky to understand. Working on templates and forms can be challenging and requires training and experience.

Using the product is a not an issue. The customer service is exceptional because they respond quickly and genuinely care about their users.

There are frequent updates but I have noticed that I cannot fax or retrieve faxes in the MAR.

I quickly grasped KIPU which was instrumental in launching my career by enabling me to efficiently bill our clients for the services we offer at our facility. This well designed system keeps everything organized for our weekly organization meetings and provides accessible access for all.

Having worked in utilization review for several years I can confidently say that KIPU is the easiest and most efficient EMR system. I have experience with other EMR systems used by different facilities, and nothing compares to KIPU.

I cannot find any drawbacks! Kipu is an incredible EMR system and we couldn't be more satisfied with it.
