Doesn’t require any lengthy training/onboarding; simple interface for busy optometrists. Sight charts are a definite plus.
Cons
We’ve experienced lags/hang-ups in the reporting and patient scheduling portals on occasion. Company needs to look into this.

Cons

First of all their customer service is super amazing. They keep track of all their clients and continue to follow-up. As my practice was growing they helped me tailor the software according to my new requirements.
Cons
The software seems a bit difficult to use at first because of all the features and customization options but it gets easier to use as time passes.

Cons

When we got the software they made sure we were adequately trained in using it. And whenever we need customer support they make sure to provide it!
Cons
While using the software there were a few issues we had but when we communicated them to the company, they readily accepted and made the changes almost immediately!

The previous information doesn’t add up in an exam when a new tab is opened. Manually input it.
