We are just starting with the software

Pros

MediTouch proves very user-friendly so far and the GoToMeeting training is satisfactory. The availability of numerous templates is a positive aspect.

Cons

Data migration issues persist with the added challenge of fast-paced training sessions. The rapid pace and limited sessions leave some users reliant on help screens contributing to a less-than-optimal learning experience.

We use Meditouch for Practice Management only.

Pros

The appointment section is easy to navigate and fairly user-friendly. The quick overview upon signing into the system is appreciated.

Cons

Initial issues with timely report generation have shown signs of improvement over time.

No decent training also for 4 - 5 years never knew we even had a representative.

Pros

The standout positive is the excellent customer support which often resolves issues effectively.

Cons

Excessive mouse-clicking in both EHR and Practice Mgmt sides hampers efficiency. Lack of keyboard-centric functionality during accounting tasks proves frustrating. Ticket resolutions take too long leading to forgotten requests and unreturned calls.

Meditouch EHR in a Interventional Pain Clinic

Pros

Customization clarity in completed notes no confusion on problem and medication lists etc. No overwhelming lists making it easy to find essential information in the note.

Cons

The page contains an abundance of data making it occasionally challenging to read everything on a standard iPad. Considering my age opting for a "Pro" sized iPad might be more suitable. Besides that not many issues.
