Medical billing review

Pros

The training I received from the company was exceptional. The customer service is on point. It is VERY user-friendly. The monthly fee is fair. I am very happy with this software.

Cons

Finally a great EHR that does everything we need!

Pros

I absolutely love the ease of use, but more importantly, the scheduling capabilities for both my staff and patients are incredible. As the administrator, I can see all of my providers and appointments scheduled, and my providers only see what they want to see on their schedules. Best of all, my staff can log in right from their phones and communicate with me directly through the system. Also, this system is a one-stop-shop, allowing me to do everything in one place without having to add other software and complicate things.

Cons

There's not a lot that I don't like about Mahler. If I had to complain, I would say that I wish I had found them much sooner instead of going through the pain and struggles of other EHRs that say they can do "everything," but they really can't. Mahler has done some customizations for us that they completed in only a couple of days.

Surgical Scheduling Super Help

Pros

I mostly use this for a group of surgical assistants. It allows me, as a surgical scheduler, to input the case information and for us to see everything easily enough to let everyone know where to be.

Cons

I don't use all of the features. I would like a way to send out a mass email to all schedulers instead of looking each up individually. A way to track and get rid of old schedulers that no longer use the system would be helpful.

Pros

Their customer service, emailing and texting through the system, nearly full customization capabilities, custom forms and charts, incredible tracking capabilities (CRM), ledger view, all-in-one included program, and the fact that the program handles my claims, SOAP notes, and follow-up for me. Also, I value the fax integration, patient portal with DocuSign functions, and CRM tracking capabilities.

Cons

Implementation for our company was, I'm sure like many others, slightly challenging, but I would attribute that to our teacher. I requested another individual be our proctor, and a special accommodation was made, giving us the Lead Developer to finish our implementation. It exceeded any expectations I could have had as a new customer.
