Pros
We really like the software mainly for its ease of use and the customization of templates. Additionally, users really like the availability of additional modules for Pathology, Telemedicine and MIPS reporting. The program's design contributes well to high MIPS scores and it assists with proper ICD-10 coding and the use of modifiers. Users also praise the technical support staff as not only they are helpful but also provide great training.
Cons
MD Charts is working well for us and we have no complaints about the software.

Pros
One of the standout features for me is the readily available help provided by the software's support team. No matter what the time is, whenever we contact them, they always get back to us instantly!
Cons
One complaint that I would like to mention is the complex process of finding patient information. Also, it is not easy to enter patient names in a specific manner. Our team wants this process to be easy and simple.

Pros
Not only the software is very easy to use and but it is also fairly user-friendly. So yes, I am really happy with my choice of choosing MD Charts.
Cons

“Great software”
Pros
The option to run reports and the versatility of the software, particularly in printing and saving different areas of a patient's chart for record releases, is awesome as it saves us time.
Cons
I am a new user and to this date I haven't come across any issues or dislikes. Suggest revisiting the question after gaining more experience with the software.
