I like how the software adapts to our unique requirements and can be customised in any way we want. Patient care and billing are made easy with this software.

When the software freezes, we lose our reports which is really frustrating!

If I change the medium it gets a bit complicated like If Im using it on my desktop its easy to use but If I use it on my Phone or IPad it gets complex.

The layout is well-designed and we can easily add information to a patients chart. The billing tool also makes payments with few errors.

The report writing does not have the option to specify if the notes should go in the original report or as an addendum.

There are some good things about it like the patient chart with all the fields you can customize.

The patient portal does not work and often our patients miss their appointments because they do not receive reminders.

It is not easy to use with the iPad so I prefer to use it with the desktop even though I find it a pain.

It has so many modules for managing everything from patient records to marketing. We can also keep track of billing, revenue cycles, and insurance claims all from the same platform.

There are some features that are too technical for us to understand and we wish they would have trained us to use each aspect of the MDoffice EMR system.

Some of the data can take a lot of time to load but they have excellent customer service so all the problems get fixed in no time.
