Has all the potential, however check it is right for you

Pros

I highlights the time-saving capabilities of MedDBase, particularly through tagging features in forms and letters. Additionally, they commend the excellent customer support and the responsiveness of MedDBase to feedback and requests for changes.

Cons

I criticizes the hands-on setup process, which was not adequately explained during the sales process. Additionally, I find the general usability of the system to be clunky. While I acknowledge that Meddbase is making efforts to improve and listen to feedback, these changes came too late for their use, as I ended their engagement before going live.

Experience

Pros

The software is noted for its robustness and ample storage capacity. While it may take some time to become accustomed to, the user perceives this as a potential advantage.

Cons

I finds the system lacking in user-friendliness, particularly noting its non-app-based nature.I also encountered difficulties integrating Healthcode, with insufficient support or expertise available.

Fantastic Product

Pros

I appreciates MedDBase's extensive functionality, which has been developed over many years.

Cons

I suggests that having more flexibility in global settings, allowing choices to be applied selectively rather than universally, would be beneficial since one size rarely fits all.

Online Patient Record System

Pros

MedDBase was adopted in 2009 to address increased demand from clients. It is lauded for its ease of use, stability, and comprehensive features such as quick access to patient records, medical billing, invoices, prescription details, and communication services via SMS and email.

Cons

Broadband outages can result in a temporary loss of service until a backup connection, such as a 3G card or backup line, is activated. However, the downtime is minimal.

Similar to the second comment, MedDBase is praised for its ease of use, rich features, stability, and various functionalities, including quick access to patient records, medical billing, invoices, prescription details, and communication services.

Cons

Similar to the second point, broadband outages are highlighted as a potential issue, particularly if there is no backup connection available.
