MEDENT EMR is a great software that you can customize according to your hospital. It has made our daily tasks so much simpler.
Cons
There needs to be more control over how the results appear on the charts and then some.

Pros
Their customer support is top-tier and they are always available to answer your questions. We never feel embarrassed** or hesitant to contact them and since the medical staff is usually not very computer-literate so they patiently answer all queries. Highly appreciated.
Cons
There are no cons, but they could develop some nice training guides and manuals, so we would not have to call them so often.

It has a quick view which lets you see how many payments are pending at the moment. You can also add messages to patient charts for the doctor to see.
Cons
They do not tally the EOB for insurance companies especially if it is a large amount.

Cons
Importing documents phase is difficult. Their mobile app is due for an update too.

Development is simple and straightforward.There are no big bugs, and the system is well integrated with billing, with a wide variety of options.
Cons
There are no pop-up windows or tabs for various accounts, so youll have to open several windows for each patient.

A clean straightforward design that is easy to understand and operate even for beginners. Good at giving reminders to patients and the best part is that it rarely glitches or crashes.

The customer support is a joke. They have very limited working hours and we never get a call back. The prescription module does not work either.

I like how presentable the dashboard is and I can easily view the information I want at a glance. There are customization options that let us color code different groups for our convenience.
Cons
Some categories were not explained during the training and they still confuse me. I have to click several times just to open up a module.
